RETURN POLICY

RETURNS
All returns must be reported within three (3) days of receiving the products. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original box, tags, and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS

REFUNDS
All items must be received by IGUANA ONLINE in order for a customer to be eligible for a replacement. You shall ensure that the Product is sent to us in the same condition as it was when received by you and is packaged properly. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the Product back to you. We do not accept any refund request, normally will be replaced with the same product unless there's no alternative.
